Qualifications

• Background in Engineering, Industrial Management, or Business Management.
• Minimum 10 years in industry with strong Supply Chain expertise.
• Proven expertise in Lean practices, APQP tools, problem-solving, and crisis management.
• Advanced project management competencies and strong shop floor (Gemba) experience.
• Negotiation level in English and French (travel up to 60%).

• Drive transformation and improvement plans to achieve roadmap objectives.
