Sibelco is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance at Bedoin to plan, coordinate, and supervise mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring availability, reliability, safety and continuity of operations. The role covers preventive, corrective, and improvement work on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, plus service vehicles.

You will coach technicians, read drawings, use diagnostic tools, and collaborate with production and external partners.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in industrial maintenance, ideally in quarries or heavy industry.
• Experience coordinating or supervising a team is a plus.
• Strong mechanical maintenance background with hydraulics and pneumatics.
