We are currently seeking a Plant Production Supervisor for our Chateaugay, NY facility.

Schedule

Typical schedule is 8-hour shift, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., or 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Schedule may vary based on production needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and SQF Food Safety and Quality programs.
  • Lead production operations to include whey, cheese processing, warehouse, and milk receiving in order to meet quality, volume, cost, and customer standards.
  • Provide strong leadership and foster a culture centered on ethics, integrity, safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Train, coach, motivate, and develop production team members.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to support operational excellence; proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline preferred.
  • Experience in dairy manufacturing is strongly preferred.
  • Salary range: $70,000–$85,000, depending on experience.
