About the role

We are looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to supervise the day‑to‑day operations for the takeaway stand. This position assists in ensuring consistent and thoughtful service and all staff adhere to Four Seasons standards.

What you will do
  • Manage the takeout counter and greet customers according to Four Seasons standards.
  • Manage the booth's cash register and maintain its accounts.
  • Provide customers with a warm welcome, advise them on their choices, and assist them as needed.
  • Knowing how to speak and behave is essential when dealing with our customers.
  • Assist other F&B departments as needed.
  • The list of tasks specified above is not exhaustive, as your role will require constant adaptation to situations of high activity and specific customer relationship management.
What we are looking for
  • The ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
  • You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.
