FedEx Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a shift within GPDE operations. You will ensure proper setup of processes, monitor quality of service across CSPs, and guarantee 100% handling of parcels at dispatch.

You will coach operatives and drivers, keep the team motivated and fairly treated, plan to meet service targets, and uphold safety, security and compliance standards while collaborating with peers.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable.
• Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail.
• Be energetic and enthusiastic.
• Have a strong customer focus.
• Have good communication skills.

Poste sur les horaires 01h15 - 9h09 , sur relais livraison/import , GPDE
Le superviseur aura en charge de suivre la bonne mise en place des opérations dans le cadre de GPDE, suivi qualité de service des CSP et de la bonne prise en charge à 100% des colis au départ en livraison
Le superviseur sera force de proposition et travaillera en équipe avec les autres superviseurs afin de toujours maintenir et améliorer l'organisation des opérations, application des process, rangement dépôt...
Le superviseur sera le contact auprès des CSP si besoin d'échanger sur des ajustements à réaliser dans la gestion des secteurs
Le superviseur veillera au bon entretien du matériel GPDE , et au stock de fournitures nécessaire.
Il effectuera les missions managériales encrées dans l'entreprise, comme la gestion Etime de l'équipe, suivie Famis et productivité, briefings HSE et exercices situations d'urgence, briefing Stay Sharp et saisies forms quotidien.
