FedEx is seeking a Supervisor to provide daily supervision and coordination for a team in the logistics/operations environment. You will ensure task execution, monitor performance, and support development under management supervision.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervising operational teams in transport, strong Excel and reporting skills, and effective communication in English. On-site work with FedEx benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience supervising operational teams in transport
• Strong Excel skills and reporting ability
• Proven leadership, teamwork and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail
• Good communication and ability to conduct debriefs; operational English required

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision and coordination for a team of operational and/or administrative employees or subcontractors

Job description

Supervisor: provides daily supervision and/or coordination support to a team of operational and/or administrative employees, or subcontractors. Is responsible for the daily execution of team tasks and delegated activities related to operational and/or administrative employees, as defined by local policies. May include daily discussions on performance monitoring/management and development, employee related administration, support in case of disciplinary actions and, in the case of external contractors, contract management under the supervision of the relevant Management
