FedEx, leader mondial de la logistique, recherche un superviseur des opérations pour coordonner une équipe et garantir le respect des objectifs de service. Vous supervisez des opérateurs et des conducteurs, assurez la motivation et l'équité, et veillez au respect des pratiques sécuritaires et conformes durant les shifts.

Vous planifiez les ressources, formez votre équipe et contribuez à l'atteinte des objectifs de performance tout en maintenant une forte attention au service client.

Qualifications

• Expérience en gestion de shift et d'équipe dans un environnement logistique ou transport.
• Capacité à planifier et à gérer le temps avec rigueur et souci du détail.
• Énergique et enthousiaste, orienté service client.
• Bonnes compétences en communication écrite et orale.

Superviseur : fournit un soutien quotidien en matière de supervision et / ou coordination à une équipe de salariés opérationnels et / ou administratifs, ou de sous-traitants. Est responsable de l’exécution quotidienne des tâches de l’équipe et des activités déléguées afférentes aux salariés opérationnels et / ou administratifs, telles que définies par les politiques locales. Peut comporter des discussions quotidiennes portant sur le suivi / la gestion des performances et le développement des performances, l’administration afférente aux salariés, le support en cas de mesures disciplinaires et, dans le cas des prestataires externes, la gestion des contrats sous la supervision du Management concerné

What you will be doing:

• Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
• Making sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
• Planning and taking action to achieve service levels targets
• Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
• Making sure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift
