Varley is opening its first corner at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann. The Style Advisor will deliver exceptional service, build client relationships, and drive store KPIs in a four-day week, part-time role for a 12-month renewable assignment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail or service, are fluent in French and English, and adept with POS, CRM and clienteling tools to support a premium customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a similar retail or service-led role.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Comfortable using POS systems, CRM and digital tools for clienteling.

Responsabilités

• Deliver personalised customer experiences on the shop floor.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients to encourage loyalty.
• Provide styling advice and create outfits to exceed expectations.
• Support store events, VIP appointments and community initiatives.
