ICON plc, a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization, is seeking a Study Start Up Associate II in France to lead site initiation and ensure regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with internal teams and sites to drive timely activation.

The role focuses on reviewing site documents, maintaining eTMF, and supporting issue resolution with CROs, using MS Office to organize data, timelines, and communications.

Qualifications

• BS degree or international equivalent.
• 2+ years of site start-up experience in pharma/CRO or relevant industry.
• Ability to explain data to facilitate data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of clinical study protocols and essential documents.
• Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Lead site start-up and activation activities, taking responsibility for deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal Study Startup team, CROs, Clinical Operations teams, and TAU partners.
• Ensure SSU standards are applied across projects.
• Review site essential documents for start up (ICF, 1572, CVs, etc.).
• Track actions and communications with sites to meet timelines.
• Support resolving escalated issues with CROs and internal teams.
• Review and provide feedback on site performance metrics.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of the eTMF for assigned sites during start up.
