Institut Curie, in Paris, seeks a motivated Study Engineer (IE) in Biology to support a project on aneuploidy, centromeres, and germline deletions in neuroblastoma. The work uses hiPSCs, hiPSC-derived sympathoblasts, and neuroblastoma cell lines to understand tumor initiation and progression.

You will maintain and differentiate hiPSCs, manage the lab, perform transfection and molecular assays (including CRISPR), and collaborate with researchers to analyze data and advance the project.

Qualifications

• Experience with hiPSCs and cell culture is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Maintenance and differentiation of hiPSCs and culture of several cell lines.
• Lab management.
• Performing transfection experiments and molecular assays (including CRISPR) to modulate and analyze gene expression.
• DNA, RNA, and protein extraction followed by downstream analyses (PCR, RT-qPCR, western blot).
• Applying molecular biology techniques such as cloning and plasmid manipulation.
• Collaborating closely with researchers to analyze experimental data and contribute to the advancement of the project.
