As Student Recruitment Advisor for France & Western-Africa, you will play a key role in driving EHL Hospitality Business School’s student recruitment and brand development efforts for our flagship Bachelor in International Hospitality Management program.
Based locally, you will act as EHL Hospitality Business School’s representative, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with students, families, high schools, counsellors, and regional partners. Your role will combine outreach and relationship-building with targeted recruitment activities, event planning, and market follow-up.
Responsabilities :
Recruitment & Outreach
- Plan and execute recruitment activities, including school visits, education fairs, presentations, and networking events.
- Represent EHL Hospitality Business School with professionalism and enthusiasm to prospective students, families, and educational stakeholders.
- Provide detailed counselling and guidance throughout the admissions process.
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high school counsellors, feeder schools, alumni, and local partners.
- Build awareness of the EHL Hospitality Business School brand and ensure strong word-of-mouth visibility within key communities.
- Develop and support partnerships with relevant scholarship organisations, agents, and education-focused bodies.
Market Follow-Up & Coordination
- Track and manage leads and contacts using CRM tools; ensure timely follow-up and communication.
- Support the planning and delivery of local marketing campaigns and in-person events.
- Share feedback and insights from the market to inform regional and global recruitment strategies.
- Reporting & Administration
- Prepare reports on activities, engagement, and ROI from events and outreach efforts.
- Manage local recruitment budget within assigned parameters.
- Liaise regularly with colleagues in Lausanne and across other international markets to share best practices and align approaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in student recruitment, higher education, marketing, or business development, ideally in the French market.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Able to work independently while being an effective collaborator in a multicultural team.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- A proactive, organised, and reliable approach with a passion for education and hospitality.
- Willingness to travel across (up to 30% to the South of France & Western Africa).
