IES Abroad Nice is seeking a Student Life Assistant for a hands-on, student-facing role that combines housing management, orientation, field trips, community building, and emergency response to ensure a safe, enriching study abroad experience. You will mentor students, liaise with landlords, coordinate activities, and support wellbeing.

Native or near-native French and English (B2) are required, with a Bachelor’s degree and readiness to work some weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required.
• Native or near-native fluency in French and English (minimum B2).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsabilités

• Housing support: assist with placements, liaise with landlords, inspect housing and manage issues.
• Student orientation and arrival: prepare records, materials, and logistics; lead tours.
• Trips and student life: organize field trips and events, coordinate logistics and communications.
• Student support and wellbeing: mentor, monitor welfare, and assist with health or adjustment needs.
