EF Language Abroad in Paris is seeking a Residence Advisor to welcome international students, ensure wellbeing, and support day-to-day housing operations on-site at the Paris campus.

This full-time, live-in role offers room and board as part of the compensation and requires native-level fluency in English and French. A positive, friendly, service-oriented attitude and willingness to live on-site are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French required.
• Previous living, working, or studying abroad is a plus.
• Full working rights in France.

Responsabilités

• Welcome students: manage check-ins/outs to ensure all students feel at home during their stay.
• Room checks: Inspect and maintain quality standards for rooms and facilities used by students and staff.
• Emergency support: Be on-call to handle all issues as they arise with safeguarding and student welfare being always the first priority
• Events and Activities: Lead on-campus activities, act as a tour guide, and create unforgettable experiences for every student.
• Teamwork: Build strong relationships with staff and students through clear and positive communication.
