Job summary

DNV Group in France is seeking a motivated student to gain hands-on experience in an international maritime and technical environment while supporting our Business Support team. You will assist the French surveyor network, coordinate service requests, plan inspections, help with contract management, issue invoices, and support office operations across France.

• Receive and coordinate customer service requests with technical teams, Surveyors, Team Leads and international approval centres
• Plan inspection activities and support on-time delivery
• Support contract management with surveyors and production managers
• Prepare and issue invoices
• Follow up work in progress and long-term activity planning
• Support Finance with accounts receivable
• Contribute to office management

Job description

Area Benelux & France is part of Maritime Region West Europe. Our teams deliver certification, classification and verification services from Antwerp, Le Havre, Marseille, Montoir and Rotterdam. We are looking for a motivated student who would like to gain hands-on experience in an international maritime and technical environment while supporting our Business Support team in France.
