Join Deutsche Bank’s Structured Finance Sales team in Paris for a six-month internship starting January 2027. You will support the Paris-based FIC Financing Sales team with day-to-day activities and contribute to the broader Paris Global Markets division.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Ability to provide a valid internship agreement.

Responsabilités

• Support origination and management of direct lending deal flow across asset classes.
• Prepare internal screening memoranda using information memoranda and due diligence reports.
• Monitor corporate finance markets and share relevant developments with the team.
• Assist in negotiating NDAs and reliance letters with clients and Legal.
• Maintain and improve tools/spreadsheets to increase transaction execution efficiency.
