Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support the origination and management of direct lending deal flow across asset classes.
• Prepare internal screening memoranda using information memoranda and due diligence reports.
• Monitor corporate finance markets and share relevant developments with the team.
• Support the negotiation of NDAs and reliance letters with clients and the internal Legal team.
• Maintain and improve existing tools and spreadsheets to increase transaction execution efficiency.
