AVENTA in Paris area is seeking an experienced Structural Designer to lead the structural design and 3D modelling activities on a major deepwater subsea Baleine 3 project. You will manage a team of designers and provide technical guidance across disciplines to ensure fabrication and installation readiness.

The role requires 10+ years in oil & gas subsea design, strong Inventor/Vault skills, and excellent English communication in a collaborative, project-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in structural design in Oil & Gas, ideally on deepwater subsea projects.
• Strong proficiency in Inventor and Vault.
• Team management experience and a collaborative, project-oriented mindset.
• Strong sense of shared ownership and good communication skills.
• Knowledge of installation methods is a plus.
• Good working English.

For one of our clients, a major international EPCI contractor, we are looking for an experienced Structural Designer to join a subsea engineering team on the Baleine 3 project.

What you will do

• Lead structural design and 3D modelling activities on deepwater subsea projects
• Manage and support a team of designers, providing technical guidance and interfacing across project disciplines
• Ensure design output aligns with fabrication and installation requirements
• Act as a key interface point between design, engineering and project management

What you bring
