You will join the Strategy & M&A team (4 people) and work directly with the Head of Strategy and the Deputy CEO in charge of M&A. As Strategy & M&A Manager, your mission will be to support the Group's expansion by unlocking new growth opportunities, driving strategic projects, and fostering external growth.
Your responsibilities will cover two main areas, with 50 / 50 time allocation overall :
Strategy & Growth
- Develop new growth opportunities for the Group's brands alongside their General Managers (new partnerships, new countries, new business models)
- Strengthen the brands' existing scope and optimize performance
- Lead transversal strategic projects across brands and countries
- Prepare strategic analyses and reporting for the CEO
- Contribute to the drafting of strategic and financial communication materials
Mergers & Acquisitions
- Help identify attractive acquisition opportunities across Europe, through market screening and networking with advisors, bankers and potential targets
- Support execution of M&A processes: lead target analysis and valuation work, manage due diligence process with internal and external stakeholders, prepare materials for decision-making bodies (Management, Board of Directors)
- Drive post-acquisition integration and capture of synergies
- You have 4-6 years of experience in financial, strategy consulting or M&A advisory
- You are both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong focus on ROI
- You demonstrate a keen customer orientation: you can put yourself in the shoes of our brands' consumers, as well as maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- You are able to manage complex processes with multiple stakeholders
- You have strong financial modelling and valuation skills
- You speak fluent French & English
