Job summary

Aramis Group is seeking a Strategy and M&A intern to support its Strategy and International Development team in France and internationally. You will analyze market dynamics, screen targets for potential deals, build business plans, and review investor documents.

You will also conduct ad-hoc analyses and benchmarks to drive growth. The ideal candidate is a student from a top Business or Engineering school, fluent in English (German a plus), curious, proactive, and capable of collaborating with

Qualifications

• Student at a top Business or Engineering School seeking a 6-month internship in Strategy and M&A (M/F).
• Fluent in spoken and written English; German is a plus.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Support the Strategy and International Development team on growth topics, especially international development (M&A, target screening, business plans, investor documents).
• Conduct analyses and benchmarks on ad-hoc topics.
• Understand evolutions of key players, models and products/services in the sector.
