Job summary

Edenred's Benefits & Engagement Strategy Team in Issy-les-Moulineaux offers a six-month internship starting January 2027. You will work on strategic studies, competitive intelligence, and development opportunities across Edenred’s B&E platforms.

Report to the Strategic Project Manager and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. The role requires Bac +5, interest in strategy and finance, fluency in French and English, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bac +5, Business or Engineering school (internship agreement mandatory).
• Interest in strategy and finance.
• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional role.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Support competitive intelligence topics.
• Assist in strategic studies (Business Line strategy, adjacency studies, etc.).
• Help define the group's development strategy in key adjacencies (data, new technologies).
• Participate in strategic due diligence of M&A targets.
• Update target pipeline; provide ad hoc strategy support.
