Edenred is seeking a Strategy & Innovation intern based at HQ in Issy-les-Moulineaux. You will support competitive intelligence, strategic studies, and the group’s development strategy in key adjacencies, while participating in M&A due diligence and pipeline updates.

The role offers a global exposure and the chance to work with Edenred top managers, with a 6-month full-time internship starting January 2027.

Qualifications

• Bac+5, Business or Engineering school with internship agreement.
• Interest in strategy and finance and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are required.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsabilités

• Assist Strategy & Innovation on competitive intelligence topics and strategic studies.
• Support development of the group's adjacencies (data, new tech).
• Participate in strategic due diligence of M&A targets and update pipeline.
• Provide ad hoc support to strategy team on business development projects.

It is Edenred's largest business line, representing around 65% of Group revenue, and combines meal vouchers, gift cards, and employee engagement platforms.. Today, Edenred is the global market leader in Benefits & Engagement, offering over 100 programs across more than 30 countries.The B&E Strategy Team is based Edenred e-Quarter in Issy-les-Moulineaux. The team oversees strategic studies for B&E, innovation strategy, assessment of strategic opportunities and M&A due diligence, competitive intelligence, coordination of group strategic processes (e.g. 3-year plans) and special projects requested by the CEO. ## **Your Mission**The intern will be expected to work on a wide range of topics encompassing both strategy and development.
