Indefi is a fast-growing strategy consulting firm focused on sustainability in finance, with offices in Paris, Lyon, Madrid and London. We are seeking interns to join the Sustainability Advisory team to shape the future of sustainable investing.

You will work under a Senior Consultant on high-impact projects across climate, ESG and responsible investment topics for asset owners, managers and portfolio companies. The role is based in Paris and starts in March 2027 for six months.

Qualifications

• End-of-studies internship in a top business or engineering school.
• Fluent in French and English; other European languages are a plus.
• Available for a 6-month internship starting in March 2027.
• Prior experience in strategy consulting, asset management and/or sustainability/ESG teams is favorable.
• Strong interest in sustainability and finance, with curiosity and proactivity.

Responsabilités

• Design sustainable finance strategies, including climate and biodiversity integration.
• Support the launch of impact funds and evaluate ESG criteria for portfolio companies.
• Conduct strategic and sustainability due diligence on SMEs and prepare recommendations for C-level decisions.
• Contribute to the growth of the Sustainability Advisory practice and client engagement.
