A dynamic tech company in Paris is seeking a Strategy Associate to join their core strategy team. You will engage in strategic projects, manage market analyses, and collaborate with various teams, driving the company's product strategies and growth initiatives. Strong background in strategy consulting, exceptional analytical skills, and project management experience are essential. This full-time role offers a comprehensive training policy and a flexible work environment.
This position is within the Strategy & PMM and will be part of a team of 3. The Strategy Associate will be attached to the Head of Product & Growth.
This is an opportunity to be one of the main members of JobTeasers core strategy & implementation team. You will help answer JobTeasers most important and ambiguous strategic questions including assessing major new product extensions international expansion the evolution of JobTeasers business and monetization model as well as implementing transformative or high‑impact initiatives.

What does this mean on a daily basis
Work with your team and other ones such as Product Sales Marketing to define JobTeasers corporate strategy
You will report directly to the Head of Product & Growth and work in coordination with him to translate research and analysis into actionable product strategies
Fully manage strategy projects internally : market analysis customer calls expert calls competitor analysis market modeling
Analyze JobTeasers competitive environment and identify new business opportunities
Conduct strategy analysis regarding Job Teasers geographical expansion opportunities
Collect qualitative and quantitative data from internal stakeholders (e.g. data marketing etc.)
Break down unstructured problems and synthesize many disparate sources of information to deliver simple and thoughtful answers
Present your recommendations and debate their implications with JobTeasers executive team
Enable salespeople success (through training support etc.) to sell effectively ensuring scalable growth
Craft and deliver compelling pitches to maximize product adoption
Gather and translate customer insights into actionable product enhancements
Collaborate with internal teams (product sales marketing tech teams etc.) to drive strategy and execution
Lead specific diversification projects and manage teams to kickstart coordinate and support the launch and operations
Fully manage long term projects as well as occasional needs from inception to planning to execution to day to day progress and to final rollout when it becomes business as usual
Make sure all stakeholders are aligned on strategic projects and report on advancement and performance
You have 2-4 years of experience in a top tier strategy consulting firm (BCG Bain McKinsey L.E.K. Roland Berger AT Kearney etc.)
You have strong analytical problem solving skills and ability to identify and synthesize insights from data
You have strong communication skills in French and English including the ability to use verbal and written communication to express ideas clearly and succinctly
You have strong business judgment with ability to think across every dimension of the business
You have experience with quantitative and qualitative consumer corporate and market research techniques
You are able to operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership
You are curious and have a willingness to learn from a wide range of people
You have exceptional project management skills can drive consensus and move things forward efficiently
You are passionate about the tech industry and have an entrepreneurial spirit
