Job summary

Harmattan AI in France seeks a Supply Planner to optimise material flow from suppliers into operations. You will be the analytical link between strategic purchasing and inventory needs, ensuring stock availability while reducing costs and mitigating shortages.

You will collaborate with Procurement to translate market insights into concrete planning actions, maintain ERP data (lead times, MOQs, safety stocks), and develop dashboards to monitor performance and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in planning, procurement, or logistics.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Advanced Excel and BI tools proficiency.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Operational planning and procurement strategy.
• Translate forecasts into material requirements (MRP/DRP).
• Generate, monitor POs aligned with contracts.
• Define and adjust safety stock, reorder points, EOQ.
• Monitor supplier performance and mitigate risks.
