Ingersoll Rand Air Solutions Hibon in Wasquehal seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize all logistics flows from procurement to customer delivery. You will oversee SIOP, drive continuous improvement, and manage engineered-to-order products while ensuring Group standards are met.

Candidate should have a Master’s in a relevant field, 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, and strong English proficiency. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and budget management on site.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
• General Engineering degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, preferably in mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement strategies for managing material and product flows.
• Lead the SIOP process and ensure alignment between demand, capacity, and resources.
• Monitor and improve logistics from production planning to customer delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and supplier performance review.
• Lead, manage and develop the Supply Chain team and budget.
• Report KPIs and alert stakeholders to deviations and risks.
