Harmattan AI in Paris is seeking a proactive Project Sourcing Engineer to lead strategic sourcing and procurement across R&D and Manufacturing. You will own end-to-end sourcing, ensure timely delivery of components, and partner with suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and delivery times.

You will also help define and scale Harmattan AI's procurement vision from scratch. The role requires 3+ years in industrial procurement, strong French and English communication, and a hands-on approach to

Qualifications

Degree in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
+3 years of experience in industrial procurement or purchasing, preferably in defense, aerospace, consumer electronics or automotive.
Hands-on experience with electronic/mechanical components is a plus.
End-to-end procurement process from supplier identification to contractualization and performance follow-up.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in French and English; able to influence and manage stakeholders across departments.
