Alstom seeks a Site Procurement Director to lead procurement strategy at the Ornans site. You will drive economic performance, foster operational excellence, and guide a procurement team across projects and operations.

You will engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize costs, ensure supply security, and transform procurement capabilities in a multi-site, international setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement, ideally within an industrial environment.
• Strong strategic leadership and ability to transform teams.
• Excellent communication and business acumen with leadership scope.

Responsabilités

• Define and deploy the procurement strategy in alignment with Group and site objectives.
• Drive procurement performance: cost optimization, supplier reliability, contract management, and risk management.
• Lead and inspire the procurement team, develop competencies, and foster a culture of collective performance.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (engineering, production, quality, finance, etc.) to secure project and operational needs.
• Strengthen relationships with external partners and identify opportunities for innovation, competitiveness, and supply security.
