DFDS Belgium is seeking a Sales Manager based in Hauts-de-France to manage a portfolio of strategic customers and drive new business. You will collaborate with DFDS teams across France and the wider DFDS network to turn opportunities into practical logistics solutions.

You will develop long-term partnerships, identify opportunities, and lead negotiations to close deals, while aligning with internal operations and finance teams. The role is a fixed-term replacement based in France.

Formación

• Several years of experience in sales, account management or business development.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to develop opportunities.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential key customers.
• Identify new opportunities and grow the DFDS portfolio across industries.
• Prepare quotations, tenders and commercial proposals; negotiate pricing and terms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customer solutions.
