Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse seeks a Purchasing Manager for Avionics Systems (Communication, Navigation & Surveillance). You will drive contracts, supplier management, and strategic procurement across aircraft programs to influence cost, performance and innovation.

The role requires an engineering or business degree, strong English negotiation skills, and proven experience in supplier relationships and procurement. Travel to supplier meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• 5-year degree level in Engineering or Business school.
• English negotiation level.
• Experience in supplier relationship management.
• Experience in procurement and contracts.
• Good technical understanding of Aircraft systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage contracts through full life cycle to ensure on time, on quality, and on cost.
• Align procurement strategy with Programs, Supply Chain and Engineering across Airbus aircraft programs.
• Plan and execute cost reduction campaigns and manage international tenders.
• Collaborate with US/European suppliers to accelerate innovations and address risks.
• Support aftermarket strategy and supplier performance in-service events.
