OECD invites applications for a Policy Analyst within the STI Directorate, to join the GSF Secretariat and help develop and implement its agenda on research infrastructure, funding and workforce. The role involves leading project activities and liaising with OECD bodies and member countries.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in a relevant field, at least five years of policy analysis experience in science/higher education policy, and fluency in English or French with good working

Responsabilités

• Scope work areas to develop terms of reference for projects.
• Lead the implementation of projects, including establishing an International Expert Group and organising seminars and workshops.
• Design policy frameworks or toolkits and drafting policy reports and briefs.
• Present work to GSF, CSTP and other OECD bodies and build consensus for project outputs.
