Coface in Île-de-France seeks a senior Portfolio & Project Manager on a fixed-term contract until Feb 2027 to oversee the project portfolio outside TO, ensure viable execution, and optimize budget and resources while reporting progress.

You will lead PMs, design the portfolio aligned with Coface strategy, monitor costs, heatmaps, benefits, roll out PM standards, train non-expert PMs, and maintain a centralized dashboard to promote a culture of project quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in project and change management.
• 3+ years' experience in IT projects (development, software deliveries...).
• Proven strong experience in multinational/multicultural projects.
• Excellent -proven- capabilities of project management and change management.

Responsabilités

• Lead portfolio and select projects supporting Coface strategy.
• Oversee creation of a product or service with project managers.
• Contribute to designing the portfolio linked to Coface strategy and budget.
• Control and monitor budget, resources, and benefits of the portfolio (projects outside TO).
• Communicate project status quarterly to Sponsors and Regions.
• Roll out methodology and define PM standards (PM 'light').
• Train non-expert project managers and clarify roles & responsibilities.
• Ensure commitment to quality and complete regular quality controls.
• Create a centralized view on project progress and dashboards.
• Support PMs and improve project quality culture at Coface.
