Coface is seeking an experienced Project Portfolio Manager on a fixed-term contract to oversee selection, viability, budget and resources for projects outside T.O., and report progress to Sponsors and Regions. You will lead project managers, design the portfolio aligned with Coface strategy, and ensure efficient execution and value creation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience of project and change management.
• 3+ years’ experience of IT projects (development, software deliveries).
• Proven strong experience in multinational/multicultural projects.
• Excellent -proven- capabilities of project management and change management.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Proven coaching skills of project managers.
• Ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

Responsabilités

• Make sure that the right projects are selected and provide a holistic view of the Project Portfolio.
• Oversee budget, resources and benefits of the portfolio and report progress to Sponsors and Regions.
• Lead project managers and oversee creation of a product or service.
• Roll out a lightweight PM methodology and define minimum standards for non‑strategic projects.
• Create and update a centralized project status dashboard and prepare SteerCos.
