FedEx in France is seeking a Planning & Engineering Business Analyst (Associate - Standard - Senior) to translate business needs into detailed requirements and coordinate with IT and Operations.

You will document user stories, support UAT, and help manage change, in a role offering hybrid work and opportunities across Europe. Fluency in English and willingness to travel are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across teams and levels.
• Root-cause analysis and strategic prioritization ability.
• Experience designing and documenting business/system requirements.
• Affinity with technology and an innovative mindset.
• Willingness to travel frequently (25%+) to FedEx locations in Europe.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) for presenting to tech/business audiences.
• MBA or similar business/tech Masters preferred; BA education path.
• Business Analyst certificate or willingness to obtain one preferred.

Responsabilités

• Gather, validate and document detailed business needs, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Evaluate business requests and needs against the corporate strategy.
• Handover requirements to development teams.
• Support user-acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with change management.
• Recognize and recommend opportunities for innovations.
• Take ownership of initiatives and work independently to successful conclusion.
• Maintain close partnerships with collaborating departments e.g. IT, Operations and Regulatory.
• Engage with all levels of business stakeholders to identify business needs.
