Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Strategy, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in senior leadership roles.
• Expertise in corporate strategy, innovation, and transformation in complex environments.
• Ability to translate strategic plans into tangible, sustainable results.
• Strong influencing skills for executive decisions; excellent communication.
• Knowledge of sales performance and market analysis tools (Circana, Nielsen, Kantar).
• Interest in new technologies and AI; experience with AI use cases is a plus.
• Proven leadership to unite teams around a clear vision and foster collaboration.
• Excellent prioritization and bilingual communication (French & English).
