You will lead strategic leadership, intelligence, product portfolio, partnerships and licensing, and global branding across crops and geographies to maximize value. This role requires executive presence, strong analytics, and an international mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic marketing leadership at scale in agriculture or a closely related sector.
• Proven ability to shape long-term priorities and roadmaps with executive influence.
• Strong analytical and market insight capabilities to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Shape Limagrain Field Seeds' long-term growth strategy as a key member of the Executive Committee.
• Translate strategic ambitions into actionable roadmaps, priorities, and performance objectives.
• Define and optimize portfolio strategies across crops and geographies.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities through partnerships, licensing, and M&A.
• Drive licensing and marketing strategies to enhance customer value and market performance.
