SEIDOR is seeking a Senior Project Support Specialist to join the Strasbourg team. You will coordinate meetings, maintain project files, collect forecasts, and support project boards and reporting.

The role requires a Master’s degree or equivalent, 4+ years in IT project support, and hands-on experience with PRINCE2 and MS Office tools. Strong documentation and PMO skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent after secondary school.
• 4+ years of professional IT project support experience, including at least 1 year in IT project support.
• Experience in a PMO using PRINCE2 or an equivalent project management methodology.
• PRINCE2 Foundation qualifications or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of project management standards and techniques.
• Knowledge/Usage of project management tools.
• Good reporting methods.
• Strong understanding of project management and support issues including risk, issues, quality and actions logs.
• Experience using MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience taking minutes and actions in meetings at all levels.
• Experience supporting multiple projects and project managers.
• Experience maintaining a configuration management system acting as configuration librarian.
• Experience creating templates for common project documentation.
• Experience in the full end-to-end IT project life cycle.

Responsabilités

• Arrange meetings and produce meeting minutes.
• Set up and maintain project files.
• Collect actuals data and forecasts.
• Update plans.
• Administer or assist the quality review process.
• Administer or assist Project Board meetings.
• Assist with the compilation of reports.
• Contribute expertise in specialist tools and techniques.
• Maintain records: Quality Register, Configuration Item Records, and other registers/logs.
• Administer the configuration management procedure.
