Job summary

Pernod Ricard is seeking an Application Portfolio Management intern for a 6-month term in Paris. Based at the Island office, you will optimize the IT application portfolio and work with IT leaders, analysts and owners to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fluent English is required, French is a plus, and the internship offers hybrid benefits and a company restaurant."

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree from a Business or Engineering School.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across diverse teams.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing, classifying, and optimizing the application portfolio.
• Collaborate with application owners to align applications with business needs and strategic goals.
• Participate in prioritizing applications based on business value, risk, and importance.
• Contribute to evaluating total cost of ownership and cost optimization opportunities.
• Work with financial analysts to manage the IT portfolio budget and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with risk management and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks associated with the application portfolio and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to provide insights into portfolio health and performance.
• Present IT portfolio strategy and status to leadership.
