SharkNinja in Paris is seeking an experienced Inventory Planning professional to own end-to-end planning for DTC channels in Western Europe. You will develop demand forecasts with cross-functional teams and monitor stock health across our direct platforms.

The role requires strong analytics, ERP/OMS experience, and fluent English; French is a plus. You will partner with supply chain, finance, and marketing to optimize stock, support launches, and manage promotional cycles.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in inventory planning, demand planning, or supply chain management within a DTC or eCommerce business.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable plans.
• Experience working with ERP, planning, and eCommerce/OMS systems.
• Great communicator with experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Highly commercial, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
• Experience planning inventory for owned/direct eCommerce channels is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage end-to-end inventory planning for SharkNinja brands across DTC channels in Western Europe.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts with marketing and finance teams.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock health, and sell-through; flag overstock or stockouts.
• Collaborate with supply chain, fulfilment, and logistics for timely replenishment and stock allocation.
• Support NPD launches with inventory readiness and phase-in/phase-out planning.
• Analyze DTC sales trends, seasonality, and promotional impact to refine planning assumptions.
• Work with performance marketing to align inventory with campaigns.
• Report KPIs to senior stakeholders and identify process improvements.
