Voodoo in Paris seeks an agile internal consultant to tackle the company’s most pressing operational problems. You’ll join SILs, reporting to the Chief of Staff, and work hands-on with leaders across gaming, apps, growth and central functions.

You will diagnose, design and implement fixes, drive tactical projects from 4 to 12 weeks, and own cross‑team issues until they are resolved. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years at a top strategy consulting firm (MBB, etc.) or high-performing BizOps/strategy team
• Structured problem-solver with strong analytics (advanced Excel/Sheets; SQL a strong plus)
• Doer mentality: implements solutions, works autonomously, handles several workstreams
• Strong interpersonal skills — able to win trust of leaders quickly
• Top academic background (business or engineering)
• Fluent English (French is a plus)
• Passion for games/consumer apps a plus

• Help leaders improve their operations — embed with studio, publishing, or functional leaders to raise the performance of their teams: KPIs, organization, tooling, ways of working.
• Run tactical projects — scoped 4–12 week projects: market analysis, cost reviews, post-mortems, integration work, tooling rollouts.
• Fix internal issues of many types — ambiguous, cross-team problems nobody owns; you own them until they're solved.

ROLE

SILs are Voodoo's internal consulting team, reporting to the Chief of Staff. You are dropped into the company's most important operational problems with a simple mandate: fix them. You work hands-on with leaders across gaming, apps, growth, and central functions — with the access of an insider and the toolkit of a top consultant.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Improve internal processes — diagnose broken or slow processes, redesign them, and implement the fix (not just recommend it).
• Help leaders improve their operations — embed with studio, publishing, or functional leaders to raise the performance of their teams: KPIs, organization, tooling, ways of working.
• Run tactical projects — scoped 4–12 week projects: market analysis, cost reviews, post-mortems, integration work, tooling rollouts.
• Fix internal issues of many types — ambiguous, cross-team problems nobody owns; you own them until they're solved.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–5 years at a top strategy consulting firm (MBB, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Kearney, Advancy, EY-Parthenon), in M&A/transaction services, or in a high-performing BizOps/strategy team of a scale-up.
• Structured problem-solver with strong analytics (advanced Excel/Sheets; SQL a strong plus).
• Doer mentality: implements solutions, works autonomously, handles several workstreams.
• Strong interpersonal skills — able to win the trust of leaders quickly without formal authority.
• Top academic background (business or engineering).
• Fluent English (French is a plus).
• Passion for games/consumer apps a plus.
