Lukos is seeking an Information Operations (IO) Planner / Analyst to support MARCENT at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL. The role involves IO planning analysis, SME on IO/MISO/EW/MILDEC/SAP, and coordination with USCENTCOM and joint partners.

Candidates should have a TS/SCI clearance, US passport, and a background of at least ten years in military IO planning. Travel may be required to CENTCOM locations; the position is contingent on contract award.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current US Passport with ability to travel overseas.
• Must meet COMSEC briefing and Local Element management certification requirements.
• Must complete an in-scope DoD reinvestigation and be adjudicated for SCI eligibility without conditions.
• Must possess TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• Ten years’ military experience.
• Expert MARCENT IO operations experience.
• Experience with MISO, EW, MILDEC, STO, Interagency coordination, and non-lethal targeting.

Responsabilités

• Provide information operations (IO) planning analysis services.
• Provide SME on IO, MISO, EW, Offensive Cyberspace Operations, MILDEC, STO, Interagency coordination, and non-lethal targeting.
• Attend USCENTCOM conferences and MARCENT working groups and provide conference reports and presentations.
• Assist with MARCENT staff reviews of USCENTCOM planning products and generate responses for MARCENT submission.
• Ensure all plans reflect IO equities.
• Support development of Component supporting plans to Combatant Command OPLANs and CONPLANs.
• Attend joint, bi-lateral, multi-lateral and coalition planning conferences/working groups.
• Provide IPRs on planning efforts to the MARCENT Commander and MARCENT staff.
