Burberry is seeking an HR Manager to act as a strategic partner to the France leadership team, aligning people strategies with business objectives and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role encompasses advisory work, industrial relations leadership and a focus on inclusive culture across the French market.

The successful candidate will manage employee relations, drive talent initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver people-focused solutions aligned with Burberry's values.

Qualifications

• HR Business Partnering experience within a multi-site environment.
• Strong understanding of French employment law, labour relations and CSE processes.
• Experience managing complex employee relations and industrial relations matters.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders across France, providing coaching on leadership effectiveness and people strategy.
• Translate business objectives into actionable HR plans and initiatives.
• Lead complex employee relations matters, investigations and performance management cases.
• Develop industrial relations strategies and ensure compliance with French legislation.
• Support organisational design, change programmes and workforce planning.
