The role partners with Commercial, Clinical, Customer Success and Commercial Excellence teams, translating market insights into measurable programs that deliver commercial impact and enhanced brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing, product/brand or commercial marketing.
• Proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies and campaigns.
• Healthcare, MedTech or consumer-oriented industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with priorities and revenue objectives.
• Lead integrated omnichannel marketing programs to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with sales, clinical and commercial teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Define customer-centric value propositions and ensure consistent brand positioning.
• Monitor campaigns, measure impact and optimize for business growth.
• Drive partnerships and go-to-market activities for new products and services.
