Job summary

Kumulus Water is seeking a Chief of Staff Intern to work directly with the CEO during a critical fundraising and growth phase. This role carries high exposure to strategic priorities and cross-functional initiatives.

You will contribute to fundraising documents, manage the data room, support grant applications, and assist in day-to-day operations and strategic thinking. English and French fluency required for fast-paced, international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Education: Student or graduate from a tier-one engineering or business school.
• Hard skills: Financial modelling and PowerPoint skills.
• Soft skills: Team player, self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Languages: Fluent in English and French.
• Experience: Prior internship in fast-growing start-ups, audit/strategy/M&A, or corporate strategy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Review and maintain data room, keep materials investor-ready.
• Contribute to funding documents: financial model, pitch deck, executive summaries.
• Attend investor meetings and negotiations with the CEO.
• Own follow-ups and manage fundraising pipeline end-to-end.
