Job summary

Escp Business School is seeking a Financial Controller within the Group Finance Department to act as the financial reference for the Initial Education Business Unit (Bachelor, Master in Management, MSc and MBA).

Based in a multi-campus and international environment, the role partners with Academic Management to monitor performance, develop budgets, forecasts and cost analyses to support strategic decisions and ensure sustainability of the academic model.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, consolidate and monitor the budgets and forecasts of the Initial Education BU across all campuses.
• Produce monthly reports, analyse variances and provide operational recommendations.
• Define and monitor key financial indicators, including cost per student, programme profitability and campus contribution.
• Support Programme Management and Academic Management in their financial forecasts and decision-making, including the analysis of options relating to the development of specialisations and programmes, locations, etc.
• Build financial models and business plans for new programmes and academic projects.
• Coordinate financial processes across campuses and ensure the reliability of data and reporting.
• Develop financial monitoring tools and contribute to cross-functional projects related to ERP systems, business intelligence, planning and data.
