Job summary

Hager Group in France seeks a Digital Product Owner to maximize value across digital channels, from definition to delivery and continuous improvement. You will work with markets, stakeholders and development teams to shape the product vision and translate needs into tangible features.

The role reports to the Head of Digital Customer Experience in the Marketing & Sales department, based in Paris or Obernai, for a permanent contract. Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in digital product ownership or similar roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across markets, UX and tech.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into deliverable features.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into feasible features with UX input.
• Coordinate delivery and backlog management to ensure value delivery.
• Oversee releases and monitor performance to drive continuous improvement.
