Airbus S.A.S. in Toulouse seeks a Procurement Business Lead for Digital & Innovation to shape the PM digital strategy.

You will own governance, drive analytics initiatives, and align tools with buyer needs across 200+ procurement professionals in a high-tech aerospace setting. You will define architecture standards, lead cross-functional data initiatives, and deliver value through AI-enabled procurement tools while collaborating with internal digital partners.

Qualifications

• Solid background in Procurement operations is required.
• Experience in Aerostructure and/or Raw Materials environments is preferred.
• Deep understanding of aircraft Product Structure, BOM management, and procurement workflows.
• Proven ability to align engineering data with supply chain needs.
• Experience as a Business Owner driving end-to-end process optimization.
• Familiarity with agile prototyping environments such as Google Apps Script.
• Ability to define a functional strategy and defend business cases in governance forums.
• Strong pragmatism in solution design and process optimization.
• Interest in modern data analytics and AI applications in business contexts.
• Strong communication and influence across stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define, deploy, and refine the long-term Digital, Analytics & Process Strategy for PM.
• Own core procurement digitalization initiatives and governance.
• Lead analytics projects on aircraft Product Structure & BOM integration.
• Drive end-to-end data governance, datasets, and quality across PM tools.
• Act as Business Owner for analytics solutions and translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Mentor and manage a developer or working student for rapid tool deployment.
