An international nonprofit organization is seeking a Digital Communications Supervisor to lead their Social Media & Digital Communications department. You will ensure that all digital outputs align with the organization's strategic goals while mentoring a talented team. This role requires excellent project management skills and a deep understanding of digital strategies. A background in communications or marketing is preferred, along with experience in managing campaigns and leading teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital communications or marketing.
• Proven leadership or management experience.
• Excellent project management capabilities using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and mentor the Social Media Designer, Manager, and Creator.
• Approve all major campaigns and digital releases before publication.
• Implement and refine standard operating procedures for the department.
