Job summary

Data4 Group is seeking a Project Cost Controller to help manage budgets, monitor variances, and forecast expenditures across its data center project portfolio. You will work with the CAPEX control manager and the financial team to enforce end-to-end cost control from budget estimates through payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in project cost control or related areas such as financial analysis.
• Proficient in project management software and financial modeling tools.
• SOX knowledge and compliance experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets with project managers.
• Monitor budget performance and report variances and status.
• Analyze data and prepare cost forecasts and reports.
• Evaluate change orders and funding requests with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, procurement, and management to align on costs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations and implement best practices.
• Develop cost forecasting models and analyze historical data.
