Job summary

Nexans USA Inc. seeks a finance professional to lead Corporate cost control within the Corporate Financial Control team. You will partner with key corporate functions to build budgets, forecast costs, monitor performance and explain variances to senior leadership.

Responsibilities include monthly reporting to the CEO and CFO, consolidation tasks, fixed cost analysis and development of group dashboards to support strategic decisions. Strong analytical and Excel/ERP skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Finance
• 3 years experience in Audit or controlling
• Strong analytical depth with business perspective
• Rigorous with data accuracy and reliability

Responsibilities

• Be the key point of referent for Corporate costs control and partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and other functions to build the budget and forecast.
• Explain key variances versus budget and support corrective actions to top management.
• Drive continuous improvement in cost controlling, data quality and transparency.
• Provide monthly reporting to the CEO and CFO and bi-annual cost evolution presentations.
• Collaborate to close monthly books and prepare fixed cost accruals and consolidation entries.
• Prepare BRs on fixed costs and develop group dashboards and reports.
