Job summary

AXA Partners is seeking a BI & Data Analytics Manager to translate BI strategy into action across data sourcing, modeling, dashboards and reporting. You will lead a team, ensure governance, and partner with IT and Data Engineering to deliver scalable pipelines and self-service analytics.

The role combines technical leadership, team management and cross-functional collaboration to align BI outputs with strategic business priorities across AXA Partners’ international footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BI initiatives in enterprise settings.
• Strong SQL and data querying skills.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing, semantic modeling, ETL/ELT.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Proven leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full BI value chain from data sourcing to semantic models and dashboards.
• Define and drive the BI roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the BI & Data Analytics team.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliant reporting outputs.
• Collaborate with IT and Data Eng to design scalable data pipelines.
